Returns policy
We at BSS PDR Tools (Balmer Storm Solutions) attach great importance to the quality of our products, as each of our PDR tools is carefully developed and produced in Switzerland using the latest 3D printing technology. Please note that 3D printed parts and products may show visible traces of the 3D printing process. These are normal and no reason for complaint. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following return conditions:
Return conditions
- Return period: You can return unused and undamaged items within 7 days of receipt of the goods.
- Requirements for a return:
- The goods must be in their original condition.
- The product must not show any signs of use or damage, apart from the normal 3D print marks.
- Returns will only be accepted if you have contacted us in advance.
- Non-returnable items: Adapted or customized tools are excluded from return unless there is a material defect.
Refunds
- After receiving and checking the returned items, we will refund the purchase price to the original payment method. Processing times for refunds may vary depending on the payment provider.
- Shipping costs: The shipping costs for the return shipment are borne by you, unless the return is due to a faulty or defective product.
Return procedure
- Contact us and state your order number and the reason for the return.
- Once the return has been approved, please send the product to the return address provided.
- As soon as we have received and checked the return, we will inform you about the refund or exchange.
