Shipping policy

We ship all orders via Swiss Post.
Below you will find our shipping conditions and important information
on shipping, franking and shipment tracking.

Shipping within Switzerland

  • Economy shipping:
    Delivery usually within 2-4 working days.
  • Express shipping (Swiss Priority / A Mail):
    Delivery on the next working day, provided the order is received within the period specified at
    .

The stated delivery times are non-binding guide values.

International shipping

  • International orders are also sent via
    Swiss Post. The delivery time is usually 5-21 working days, depending on the
    destination country.
  • Customs duties, import duties and taxes that may be incurred in the destination country
    are to be borne by the buyer.
  • Customers from the EU acting in the context of a business
    order are requested to provide a
    valid VAT number.
    If the check is successful,
    will be delivered without Swiss VAT.

Shipping costs

  • The shipping costs are displayed transparently in the checkout
    and depend on the destination country
    and shipping method.

Start of shipping & franking (important)

  • An order is considered to be in process as soon as the payment
    has been successfully received.
  • The contractual service provision begins with the preparation and franking of the shipment
    .
  • Franking costs are binding and are
    non-refundable, even if the order
    is subsequently canceled and the goods have not yet been physically shipped.

Shipping information & shipment tracking

  • After handing over the shipment to Swiss Post, you will receive a
    shipping confirmation by e-mail.
  • Tracking is optional and can be added to
    at checkout for an additional charge of CHF 5.
    .
  • Consignments without tracking are sent as a regular postal item
    . In this case, any shipment tracking
    usually only shows the outbound shipment from Switzerland
    (border crossing)
    .
    Further status messages or movements in the destination country are usually not available without tracking
    .

Delayed or lost shipments

  • Delays in delivery may be caused in particular by
    customs clearance, official inspections or by
    high shipping volumes during public holidays,
    seasonal peaks (e.g. Christmas) or other exceptional
    events.
  • We have no direct influence on these processes.
    However, we support our customers as far as possible with
    inquiries and communication with the shipping service provider.

Cancellations before shipment

  • Cancellation is only possible
    as long as the order has not yet been prepared or franked.
  • If the shipment has already been prepared or franked,
    shipping costs and
    payment and transaction fees
    will not be refunded, as these costs have already been incurred.
