Stripe enables payment with the following credit cards:

Payment processing

The means of payment is debited to
immediately upon completion of the order. -

Upon successful payment, the
contractual service provision begins,
including the preparation and franking of the shipment.
Secure payment

Payments are processed directly via Stripe using
modern security and encryption technologies. -
We do not store any credit card or payment data
on our own servers.
Cancellations & refunds

Cancellation is only possible
as long as the order has not yet been prepared or franked. -
If an order has already been prepared or franked,
the corresponding costs shall be deemed to have been definitively incurred

In this case, in particular
shipping costs and
payment and transaction fees
will not be refunded.
Stripe fees

Stripe charges transaction fees for every payment

These fees will not be refunded by Stripe
,
even if a refund is made to the customer. -
Accordingly, non-refundable payment fees
are deducted from the refund amount.
Refunds

Refunds are made exclusively via the
payment method originally used. -
The processing time can take several working days, depending on the payment provider

Payment disputes & chargebacks

If you have any questions or problems with a payment, please contact us directly at
first,
before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. -
Abusive or unjustified chargebacks
cause additional costs and administrative work. -
We reserve the right to refuse further orders in the event of abusive behavior
