The delivery time is usually <strong>5-21 working days<\/strong>, depending on the<br> destination country. \n  <\/li>\n<li>\n    <strong>Customs duties, import duties and taxes<\/strong> that may be incurred in the destination country<br> are to be borne by the buyer.\n  <\/li>\n<li>\n  Customers from the <strong>EU<\/strong> acting in the context of a business<br> order are requested to provide a<br> <strong>valid VAT number.<\/strong><br> If the check is successful,<br> will be delivered <strong>without Swiss VAT<\/strong>.\n  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Shipping costs<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>\n  The shipping costs are <strong>displayed transparently<\/strong> in the checkout<br> and depend on the destination country<br> and shipping method.\n  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Start of shipping &amp; franking (important)<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>\n  An order is considered to be <strong>in process<\/strong> as soon as the payment<br> has been successfully received.\n  <\/li>\n<li>\n  The <strong>contractual service provision<\/strong> begins with the <strong>preparation and franking<\/strong> of the shipment<br>.\n  <\/li>\n<li>\n    <strong>Franking costs are binding<\/strong> and are<br> <strong>non-refundable<\/strong>, even if the order<br> is subsequently canceled and the goods have not yet been physically shipped.\n  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Shipping information &amp; shipment tracking<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>\n  After handing over the shipment to Swiss Post, you will receive a<br> shipping confirmation by e-mail.\n  <\/li>\n<li>\n <strong>Tracking<\/strong> is optional and can be added to<br> at checkout for an <strong>additional charge of CHF 5.<\/strong>&#8211;<br>.\n  <\/li>\n<li>\n    <strong>Consignments without tracking<\/strong> are sent as a regular postal item<br>.
