refunds<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>\n  Cancellation is only possible<br> <strong>as long as the order has not yet been prepared or franked<\/strong>.\n  <\/li>\n<li>\n  If an order has already been prepared or franked,<br> the corresponding costs shall be deemed to have <strong>been definitively incurred<\/strong><br>.\n  <\/li>\n<li>\n  In this case, in particular<br> <strong>shipping costs<\/strong> and<br> <strong>payment and transaction fees<\/strong><br> will not be refunded.\n  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Stripe fees<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>\n  Stripe charges <strong>transaction fees<\/strong> for every payment<br>.\n  <\/li>\n<li>\n  These fees will <strong>not be refunded<\/strong> by Stripe<br>,<br> even if a refund is made to the customer.\n  <\/li>\n<li>\n  Accordingly, non-refundable payment fees<br> are deducted from the refund amount.\n  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Refunds<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>\n  Refunds are made exclusively via the<br> <strong>payment method originally used<\/strong>.\n  <\/li>\n<li>\n  The processing time can take several working days, depending on the payment provider<br>.\n  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Payment disputes &amp;
