If you have placed and paid for an order but would like to make a change, please contact us immediately.

Once we start processing a customized order, no more changes can be made. For standard orders that have already been shipped, you can return the order within 7 days for an exchange.

Please contact us immediately if you need to change your delivery address.

Once an order has been dispatched, it is no longer possible to change the address.

Within Switzerland, you can choose PostPac Priority, which is expected to arrive the next day.

For international orders, please check the available shipping options at checkout.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days and we will refund your money. Please note the return conditions listed above.
