Shipping policy
We ship all orders via Swiss Post. Below you will find the shipping options and conditions:
Shipping within Switzerland
- Economy shipping: Standard shipping, which usually takes place within 2-4 working days.
- Express shipping (Swiss Priority/A-Post): Fast shipping, delivered the next working day if the order is received before the specified deadline.
International shipping
- Orders outside Switzerland are also sent by Swiss Post. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and can be between 5-21 working days.
- Please note that we are not responsible for customs duties, taxes or other additional costs that may be incurred in the destination country. These costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

- The shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the selected shipping option.

- Please ensure that the delivery address provided is correct. We are not responsible for delays or additional costs due to incorrect address details.
